Legal and Constitutional Law:
The Legal and Constitutional Law Division provides legal services to all government departments and certain boards and agencies. It is also responsible for constitutional matters, including those pertaining to the implementation of the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and all litigation.
